36 Hours

The Ladies Professional Golfers were playing this week at a course in northwest Arkansas, so we grabbed some willing friends and made a one-day trip to the lovely Ozarks.

What fun!  We had a pleasant drive up, dinner at Bonefish in Rogers (how do you spell delicious?), and a fun evening playing cards in our hotel suites.

Up for a nice breakfast, then on to the links.  It was so much fun seeing the lady golfers, their particular modes of dress, their long tee-shots, and their incredible putting!

Penguin Eds was our destination for a wonderful meal of BARBECUE, Arkansas style!  Once again, so pleasant, so relaxing, and so much fun.

Tomorrow is church, our new Sunday school class beginning, and - GOLF!

Thank you, God, for your beautiful world, for the freedom we enjoy, and for the men and women who make our freedom possible.
