Needless to say, we were very fortunate last night. The most damage we have is a bent shrub. There are leaves all over the streets and lawns from the trees that were buffeted by the wild winds that blew up to 70 mph.
We were without electricity for around an hour. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to seeing LOST. It's one of the two shows that I really enjoy during the week.
Of course, we had not yet purchased another flashlight, so we had that one little light and no radio. LOL!!! There is not much you can do in the dark, but I did manage to grab the flashlight from Hubby and focus it so that I could clip coupons. I didn't want to waste valuable time. LOL!!!
I finally went to bed only to hear the television pop back on. I did get to see the last 30 minutes of LOST, after all.
Jodi and I are going to begin Weight Watchers meetings in the morning. I'm eager to get with the program, although I do follow it most of the time, anyway.
Not much new (Praise God!). I always say that boring is good. LOL!!!
Bogey seems to be adjusting to us, although he has a really strong bite, err, I mean grip, if you get my drift...
