The end of the week and the beginning of the weekend have been overwhelmingly busy. I had forgotten how busy that May has always insisted on being. Why is that?

The AT&T man was scheduled to be here yesterday, but didn't appear. The person I talked to at AT& T insisted that the man was scheduled for today. There is no way that I would have scheduled someone to come to our house today with a golf tournament, haircut, and showers on the agenda. Welcome to "Our World," where Customer Service is a thing of the pass. How frustrating our society is quickly becoming!

In an effort to maintain my sanity and keep my religion, I have started memorizing Bible verses. I am determined to at least go down trying to save my poor soul. LOL!!! It is important for me to remind myself of "who" I am and what I am trying to accomplish on this short journey on earth.

I am so thankful for Skye and Bogey. I miss our children and grandchildren so very much. These two little parrotlets mean so very much to me.

I am off to bury myself in another book that I am reading. Tomorrow is yet another busy day on the twisted journey of life.
