Yep! I lost weight this week. It wasn't a lot, but it was a "loss." I'm finally back on track with Weight Watchers. I'm especially proud of myself because I loss weight with company here for six days, eating out two out of three meals daily, and not getting the exercise that I needed to get.
On Monday, however, we did visit the Dallas Arboretum and enjoyed this lovely water garden, amongst many other lovely settings.
Our friends have now been gone a day. We enjoyed their visit so much.
But work awaits. E-mails need to be read. Lesson plans need to be made. And work is exhausting on a daily basis, even though I love those little children so very much.
I have a very special young lady on my heart and in my prayers at this time. It is always sad for me to hear of yet another person who is diagnosed with breast cancer. And this young woman's own mother died of the disease several years ago, leaving three young daughters without their mom. Please join me in prayer for all of those amongst us who battle this hideous disease.
Blessings,
Sandy
