This is a butterfly bush that we "met" on our recent trip. It lives in one of the moderate rainforests we hiked. I actually allowed myself to lose sleep over the silly happening on Friday. I need to "get over" myself. That's the bottom line. LOL!!!
Today was the first day back at school for the children. Our library staff usually does a lot of extra duty this first week, trying to assist the classroom teachers, especially the ones in kindergarten. This year for the first time at this school the kindergarten classes are very large. Hopefully we will get another teacher, making 7 teachers for kindergarten.
I was standing in the passage waiting for a class to line up while the teacher was problem solving with a little guy who seemed unhappy. The little boy in the front of the line gazed at me quietly.
Finally this little wit cocked his head, stared at my badge, up at me, back at my badge. Then he noted, "You look younger in your picture than you do in 'real life.'" LOL!!!
