The pineapple sage is brilliant red, even this late in the season. It smells good, too!

The miniature rose bush is over my head. It continues to bloom throughout the growing season.

Autumn is here and soon, we will need to put the garden to bed for the winter. We have some bulbs to plant this weekend. They came from the sister of a friend.

Life seems a bit more controllable this afternoon. The bird cages are clean, dinner is ready, and the laundry is caught up. There is a little matter of getting the clothes dryer back against the wall after I took the long accordion vent off to clean under and behind the dryer...

Bogey wiggle-necked Skye this afternoon. It is nice for him to show affection since he is usually interested in biting anyone who gets near him.

I signed up to help with Saturday School tomorrow. I'm eager to see what it is all about. I've heard that it is two hours of fun. Count me in!

I started cleaning and organizing in the Navy Daisy Room. I have one drawer down. Ha! That just leaves the rest of the house, minus one drawer! LOL!!!
