Signs of spring are everywhere. I took a short walk earlier in the week and snapped these shots on our street. The trees, Bradford pears, look like giant snowballs for a few weeks each spring. They are utterly beautiful!
It has been a good spring break for me. Hubby told me last night that I look rested and relaxed.
Unfortunately I had a miserable night's sleep due to a raging headache that continues today. This is so unusual, that I checked the new meds the doctor started me on yesterday and sure enough, the number one adverse effect: headache. Back to the drawing board on the blood pressure meds, which puts me somewhere back where I was around September of last year.
I have started the fund raising for the Relay for Life to be held late in April and am doing well, due to the generosity of many friends. I may have set my goals too low.
Charles and I finished Financial Peace University this week. It has been very interesting taking that journey to money managing with my sweet husband. I think that we have both enjoyed it. It only confirms what a smart man my husband is!
We are eagerly anticipating Easter and two of the three children coming to our home. I'm already planning for the little boys being here. Yesterday I bought a fishing pole and kite. Thoughts of entertainment are in the air! LOL
Daylight Savings Time begins tomorrow. That is my least favorite day of the year. I feel as if I'm being robbed of an hour of sleep. Rats!
