January 2 arrived without very much fanfare. It was colder outside than normal for our Texas climate, making the house a bit chilly early on in the day. I spent the morning watching former President Ford's funeral. I was very impressed with the speakers and the service in general. I read the paper, played with Skye, checked out some more information in the book I'm readying, You on a Diet, and then had a shower. After changing sheets on the bed, doing a load of laundry, and getting dinner started, I took another 30 minute walk. That's two for two! I'm very excited about being a bit more health conscious this year. I did put a call in to the allergist to see if I can go ahead and have allergy testing. I think that it is obvious that the blood pressure meds were not the cause of the on-going coughing that has plagued me this past almost 3 months.
