Life is busy! I am in my final countdown until the school year is out, and my retirement from the working place ends. My back has been giving me fits with spasms in the lower area. The doctor suggested physical therapy, but I am opting for the personal trainer/health coach and exercises at home to begin treatment. Doc Z also "upped" my Synthyroid medication to hopefully give me a bit more energy. Can it be working with only a two-day supply in my system??? I continue to enjoy and be blessed by delivering Meals on Wheels. The people at the apartment are just absolutely the most delightful group of seniors. I joyfully anticipate my days to deliver. I have my first Little Hawks story time this week for the 4-year-olds who will be attending our school next year. The books, flannels, etc for the project are in my car, ready to head to school on Monday morning. Charles and I are going to try to get a hike in tomorrow up at Eisenhower State Park. It will be our first hike together since our big trip to Washington in August. Time to go stretch. Today is a new day! Blessings, Sandy
