We enjoyed having our youngest child home for the past five days. She was in the area for a conference and stayed with us. We were able to do lots of shopping for the many baby items that they will soon need.
My cough lingers on, dragging me down as much as it can. I continue to drink lots of fluids and am trying to get extra rest.
Daylight Savings Time is not a favorite event in my life either in spring (forward) or autumn (backwards). I vote to leave it the same year round. LOL!!!
The featured basket is not yet in our home, but will soon be the playground of our very own Skye Bird-Dee. Little brother Bogey has had his for almost a year and is dearly attached to it as a baby might be to a blanket. LOL!!!
Not much new here. We are making plans for the busy time that spring is. We will have children and grandchildren visiting.
Since I posted on Wednesday we have had ice, snow, and several beautiful, sunny days. What "is" up with this crazy weather???
I got my car washed today, and I'm sure that I can hear rain. In Texas we don't complain about the rain -- ever. We say, "We need the rain." LOL!!!
