Utah was even more beautiful that we had anticipated. These pictures are taken before we even started our tour. The lone tree was taken at Capitol Reef National Park. The seed pod, milkweed I am told, was beside a river that ran along the scenic road we traveled to get from one national park to another. I'll share more of our pictures and stories of our wondrous trip in future posts.
Our little granddaughter is here visiting. She had her first golf lesson yesterday and announced after her only lesson that she had learned everything that she needed to know and therefore did not need the clinic coming up later this week or anymore private lessons. She is such a joy!
The rains continue to pelt our state. Today the wetness was accompanied by thunder and lightning.
I am still tired from the trip and trying to catch up on a back log of small tasks.
