I am in Colorado with the granddaughter. What a long day this has been! My poor old body is weary from lack of sleep (the two little boys) and traveling. I love seeing all of these precious children, just wished that they lived closer. The weather has been perfect. My heart is happy at seeing the children, sad because I remember what fall has always meant to me, and how it seems without my mother. It has been a year of change. I'm so ready for the change to settle and for "normal" to reappear.
