I slept in this morning, as I was up late reading a great YA book. When I did finally get up, I didn't move very quickly. I did fix Skye Bird-dee and I some oatmeal with walnuts and fresh apple. We both had a very delicious and nutritious breakfast. I read today that it's almost impossible for women over 40 to loose weight. Three weight loss tips that the author gave were to avoid wheat products, add flaxseed (ground), and drink at least three glasses of green tea. I think that I am going to attempt this as it is none too far fetched. I have nothing to lose (but weight), so why not give it a try!
