Good News: Our little grandson came through his surgery with flying colors this week.

Our granddaughter and I arrived safely in KS.

Hubby arrived home from his out of town trip.

The birds survived being home without mommy and daddy.

Our family is all well.

We had a delicious, nutritious dinner.

It is Friday.

Not so good news:

A friend's husband died this morning.

One of my friends died.

I felt "dark," with the news of so much death and loss.

I didn't exercise today.
